They can be bolted on to the frame of the truck so that you get a good anchor to attach your camper to the truck without too much of a hassle. The patented design incorporates four independent tie downs which will bolt directly on to the truck's frame which is the strongest part of the truck. They simply bolt right on to the frame of your car without the need to drill any holes so you can uninstall them when you don't need them. They are engineered to fit tight and secure on to your truck without any loss of ground clearance so that is another worry for you gone. These tie downs are hidden from view so you won't have to worry about your truck looking ugly without the camper installed.
